Somewhere between the cannonballs and fishing poles.
Beneath the summer sun.
Around the lake and under a shady tree.
Near a campfire watching the sticky hands of someone eating s’mores for the first time.
Surrounded by lots of giggles and just a few tears.
Where the air smells of bug spray and sunscreen.
That’s where I’ve been.
