Piedmont Park Wedding | Trudy + Jonathan

There are plenty of men out there who credit their siblings with all sorts of wonderful things, but how many of them can say that their brother is the reason they found their wife?

Jonathan can claim that about his brother Chris, who befriended Trudy at the gym for the sole purpose of introducing her to Jonathan later.

The introduction plan was carried out at Starbucks, and it was a smashing success!

Trudy and Jonathan chatted for hours that day, and from then on they were a couple.

This lucky pair were married at Immaculate Heart of Mary Church, and made the fabulous decision to see each other before the ceremony.

Speaking of the ceremony, it was wonderfully personal, with Jonathan’s father joining the priest as a co-officiant.

After their lovely ceremony everyone headed over to Piedmont Park, where the reception was held in the Piedmont Room at Park Tavern.

We had the opportunity to take the entire bridal party into the park before the reception officially got underway and had a blast taking pictures.

Rain had been threatening the entire day, and as a result, the park was unusually empty for a Saturday.

The weather cleared up right as we started the photos and stayed perfectly beautiful for the rest of the day.  Talk about a miracle!

After a delightful evening of dinner and dancing, Trudy and Jonathan exited through a shower of rice into their getaway car, a classic Bentley.
