For Mattie and Stephen, absence truly does make the heart grow fonder.

While in college their love stretched from Florida to Alabama and now as graduate students it flows from Georgia to South Carolina.

The only time they’ve ever lived in the same place was when they met as high schoolers back in their hometown.

It has been said that love is patient, and there is no better proof of that than Mattie and Stephen’s relationship.

Stephen came from Athens, Mattie came from Clemson and we all met up in Atlanta earlier this week for some photo fun in the park.

She and Stephen are such an awesome couple and we had a great time hanging out during the shoot.

As goofy as they are sweet, their images definitely showcase a variety of expressions 🙂
