Maggiano’s Buckhead Wedding | Paulyna + Noel | Atlanta

Everyone loves differently.  It is one of the most complex emotions that we have, and as a photographer it is a challenge and an honor to capture the individualities of each couple we photograph on their wedding day.

Paulyna and Noel are some of the sweetest people I’ve ever met and the love that they have for each other is so gentle and tender it just melts me.  Noel treats Paulyna with such kindness and supports her in every way possible and you can tell that she adores him so much.

They opted for a first look before the ceremony so they could take plenty of pictures without being rushed and we had a great time doing so.  We organized everything at the Westin Buckhead, which was where the bride and her girls had stayed the night before and conveniently located right across the street from their venue.

Matthew had the great idea of incorporating the escalators at the hotel into some of the shots and I love the way that they turned out!

Paulyna and Noel were married by Rev. Deanna Lancaster (who actually married another one of our couples a few months ago!) and read their own vows for each other, which always ends up making me cry.

The reception featured an adorable vintage literature theme with scrabble letters in the place settings and centerpieces resting on antique books.  There was even a “love letters” station for guests to write their well wishes to Paulyna and Noel on an old typewriter.

All of the details were lovingly handcrafted by Paulyna herself, and the amazing Jade Lee of Lovelee Affairs did a spectacular job executing the bride’s vision of wedding decor.

Guests got to enjoy a candy bar and a tower of tasty cupcakes for dessert before taking to the dance floor to finish up the celebration.

Congratulations Paulyna and Noel!  We had a wonderful time at your wedding and are so excited for all the future holds for you both.
