One of the most amazing things about Israel is the scenery.
I’d seen plenty of pictures online and in our guidebook but nothing compared to actually being there.
The history. The beauty. It’s just insane.
There were a few spots we visited where I took a bunch of pictures in a row, turning slightly after each one, so that I could turn them into one big picture once we returned.
Below are two shots of the Old City, one from the top of the Mount of Olives, and one from the end of the Jewish Quarter.
In case you were wondering, the first picture was made up of ten separate images and the second one was made up of eight separate images.

Hopefully it gives you a better idea of how pretty Jerusalem is and maybe even inspire you to visit on your own one day!
