Anne and Eric had a beautiful wedding in her hometown of Nashville, Tennessee.
They wisely opted to see each other before the ceremony and taking pictures of this joyful couple was so much fun!
They also had time to do all of their family photos earlier in the day which is a fantastic way to avoid stress later on.
Anne and Eric were married at St. George’s Episcopal Church, the church Anne grew up in and where her mom still teaches kindergarten.
Following the ceremony guests made their way over to the stylish Pinnacle at Symphony Place for the reception.
The decor that Anne envisioned and her planner Alice Hendry executed was nothing short of spectacular.
Chandeliers were everywhere and dazzling floral arrangements were suspended from the ceiling.
Anne and Eric added their own twist to the formal father/daughter and mother/son dances which I absolutely loved.
They each had previously recorded a message to their parent and then when it concluded, they invited all the other fathers and daughters (and later on mothers and sons) to join them on the dance floor.
It was such a sweet way to honor all of the families who were present and it definitely made my eyes water!
The heartwarming evening ended with the band parading around the venue while playing “When the Saints Go Marching In” and Anne and Eric running through the crowd of guests who gathered to bid them farewell.
Anne and Eric, thank you so very much for having us in Nashville to be part of your wonderful wedding. It was our honor to be there for such a blessed occasion!
XOXO,
B
