I love listening to toasts at weddings.
The stories that are told run the gamut from funny to poignant and they always give you a glimpse of who the bride and groom really are.
Abbey and Brantley’s gorgeous JW Marriott Buckhead wedding was no different.
Abbey’s sister shared a story about the bride’s childhood career goal: to become a magician.
After she grew up, Abbey decided that the law might provide a better career path than magic.
Luckily, that path led her to working at the firm where she met Brantley.
POOF! Love appeared. Magic!
On the wedding day, Abbey and Brantley opted to see each other before the ceremony, which is always amazing.
As she finished getting ready with her bridesmaids, Abbey was so excited to head downstairs and see her groom for the first time.
It was great to be able to capture the emotion of her running into Brantley’s arms when she saw him, and we had plenty of time for photos of just the two of them.
After their first look we headed off to Peachtree Road United Methodist Church, where we were able to get all of their family pictures done outside of the beautiful church before the ceremony.
It was a bit chilly outside for the photos, but everyone involved were fantastic sports and didn’t complain a bit!
After the ceremony we returned to the JW Marriott Buckhead for a delightful evening of dinner and dancing.
Guests were treated to a spectacular seafood display, a great band, and a fun photo booth.
Congratulations Abbey and Brantley!! Thank you so much for having us there for your beautiful wedding.
I’m sure you’re having a blast in Bali!!
XOXO,
B
