After searching for a long time for the perfect bridal show to kick off 2010, I decided on the Bridal Extravaganza of Atlanta. It is going to be held at the Crowne Plaza Atlanta Perimeter at Ravinia, right by the Perimeter Mall. This can’t miss event takes place on Sunday, January 10, more than a whole week after New Year’s, which gives us all time to shake off that holiday stupor and get down the fun business that is weddings!
I’m going to be there along with Matthew, and my awesome friend (and former bride) Kristin. We’ll be joined by several of Atlanta’s best wedding vendors and it is sure to be a day filled with fun. This is not an old fashioned event with an hour long fashion show. This will be an exciting event filled with New York City inspired catwalks with fast-paced shows featuring the latest in bridal fashion and headlined by a $25,000 wedding giveaway. That’s right, 25 THOUSAND dollars.
Bring your mom, your sisters, your friends, and even your groom if you can get him to come with you! There will be a “groom’s room” dedicated just to the guys and they’ll be able to play pool and Wii while you and the girls browse around.
