In another life, I was super skinny, blonde, tan and a lifeguard. For those of you who may not be so familiar with the current state of things, these days I am normal sized, brunette, not so tan, and a photographer (the latter is hopefully the reason you’re here).
Back in the days of guarding the lives of little guppies Michelle was my boss. When I let people know that we were going to be in town for Jenny and Nelson’s wedding Michelle was one of the first ones to sign up her baby for a session.
Maeson was the only baby girl I had a session with (the others were all little boys), and I LOVED her little tutu that her mommy had picked out for her. I’d mentioned tutus to parents in the past…Oh, you can bring costumes if you want to for the photo shoot, you know, tutus and stuff like that… But I didn’t even say a word to Michelle about it and she had one ready. That’s what I call an awesome mom!
Check out little Maeson for yourself!
We started off the day in her Christmas outfit…Doesn’t she make a precious little reindeer?
Baby lashes for the win!
This one makes me smile so much. She is SUCH an expressive baby. It’s the funniest thing! It kind of reminds me of one of the looks I got from baby Alex a few days earlier. Maybe it’s the noise of the shutter clicking away…
My dad has always called the little dimples on baby hands “negative knuckles”. I think it’s a fairly accurate description!
When the time comes (in the DISTANT future) for me to have a baby I probably have a .0001% chance of having one with blue eyes. But it would be oh so magical if I did! They are AWESOME!
Baby eyelashes + tutu = cuteness overload

Nothing, I repeat nothing, is sweeter than a little girl in a tutu! I am sure Maeson’s parents are thrilled with these images of their little girl! Nice work TheStudioBPhotography!
Wow, great session Becca! I can’t stop laughing at the 3rd image. It’s so funny. Kids do the funniest things.
Oooohhh, these are so sweet. I am sure the parents are thrilled.
