Atlanta Proposal Photographers | Gaby + Jared Engaged!

This one took a lot of behind-the-scenes planning to pull it off, and it was totally worth it!

The bride, Gaby, knew that she and her boyfriend Jared were having photos done with their adorable pups Goose and Wiley.

What she didn’t know was that shortly after we started the photo shoot, Jared was going to ask her to marry him!

Their engagement took place on a perfect spring day and Piedmont Park was filled with people enjoying the weather.

Jared and I had planned ahead and I told him about a special spot that was likely to be more private than most of the park.

Luckily for all of us, it was completely clear when we arrived and Jared was able to propose in peace!

It was the cutest sight ever. Gaby said yes before Jared had even gotten down on one knee and was hopping up and down with glee!

It made my heart so happy to see such infectious joy and love in these two!

After the beautiful ring was safely on Gaby’s finger, we set out for the rest of our session.

Jared had seen a few of my skyline photos from previous engagement sessions in Piedmont Park and really wanted to incorporate that into the day.

We decided that the best way to do that would be to re-enact the proposal against the skyline for a dramatic photo to remember the excitement of the moment.

It would’ve been too crowded and too risky to do the actual proposal there, but I’m so glad we were able to recreate it!
