He spotted a pretty girl from across the room and knew that he wanted to talk to her.

As he walked by, he happened to hear a tiny bit of her conversation with a friend and caught the word “Tennessee.”

A Tennessee boy himself, he decided to seize the opportunity in front of him:

“Excuse me, are you from Tennessee?”

As fate would have it, the lovely lady in front of him was indeed from Tennessee and had only been living in Georgia for a few weeks.

The two began chatting and hit it off instantly.

I met up with these Southern sweethearts at Piedmont Park earlier this week and we had a wonderful time.

It seems as though fall is here to stay for a bit, and the leaves are turning all sorts of wonderful colors.
