Atlanta Doberman Rescue | Nellie

After having three dogs running around while Matthew’s parents were in town, we’re back to being a one dog household.

While I liked having the extra paws around, I think Maccabee will stay an only child for a while…

However, I was tempted to rethink things when I met sweet Nellie this afternoon!

She’s the latest pup available for adoption through Atlanta Doberman Rescue and she’s such a sweetheart!

She lives with her foster brother Atticus and her foster sister Willa, both of who are Atlanta Doberman Rescue alumni 🙂

Nellie gets along well with both dogs and loves people.

She’s a nuzzler, not a licker, and she is so cute when she wiggles with happiness when you pet her.

Nellie is about 5 or 6 years old, and was surrendered by her owner who could no longer care for her after her husband was stricken with cancer.

She is well behaved and could be your new best friend!!
