Atlanta Family Pictures | The Hiltons

I recently got to meet the sweet Hilton family after they won a photo shoot at a silent auction benefitting Tapestry Charter School.

I enjoy donating family portrait sessions because it allows me to help out worthy causes and also to meet new friendly faces!

Even though the forecast for the long weekend was pretty gloomy, the rain held off for us as we explored Briarlake Forest Park.

It was a wonderfully relaxed shoot, with the kids running around barefoot, playing with giant ants they discovered, and showing me how to “hula scoop.”

With two kids of my own, I know all too well how stressful family photos can be. I try to let the kids be themselves for the most part and then throw in a few posed moments here and there.
